Synopsis: To be created in God’s image means to be blessed by God to have an influence in this world. The story of Genesis highlights how many people were blessed to fulfill God’s and chronicles how they responded to God’s blessing. Those who were faithful give us a model for walking in alignment with God’s blessing and therefore fulfilling our intended purpose as God’s image-bearers.
