Find A Place For The Lord

Text: Psalm 132:1-18

Synopsis: Psalm 132 emphasizes David’s devotion to keep God central in his life. The ark of the covenant is celebrated as a physical symbol of God’s presence. Since the ark led Israel into battle, representing God’s presence, David found it appropriate that the ark should also have a central position in Jerusalem. He teaches us that our devotion to God should be visible through all seasons of life.
